German public broadcaster NDR brought its cameras along as ORPHEUS worked in daily practice. The three-minute segment aired on May 25, 2026 at 7:30 pm on NDR television's Hamburg Journal and shows what ambient documentation means in practice: physician and patient have their conversation, ORPHEUS listens and automatically turns it into the document for the record.

Why this segment matters to us
Television makes visible what words struggle to convey: during treatment, nobody is typing anymore. No dictation after the consultation, no documentation in the evening. The conversation itself becomes the note, while it happens.
This is exactly what we introduced with ORPHEUS 4.0 as ambient documentation: automatic speaker separation between physician, patient and family members, a structured note based on your chosen template, and ICD-10 suggestions derived from the conversation. All GDPR-compliant and hosted in Germany.
Try it yourself
What NDR filmed is available to test right away: ORPHEUS works with any microphone in any system, and registration takes a few minutes. For hospitals and practice groups, we are happy to show ambient documentation in person in a demo.
