How much does ORPHEUS cost?
ORPHEUS starts at €15 net per user per month (or €150 net per user per year). Enterprise campus licenses for clinics and clinic groups, and university hospital models, are available on request. Full pricing in the section above.
Which HIS and practice management systems are supported?
All of them. ORPHEUS writes at any cursor position – in any HIS, any practice system, in Word, in email. Citrix environments are fully supported. No interfaces, no connectors, no waiting.
Where is the data processed?
Exclusively in Germany. Hosting in the STACKIT Cloud, at GWDG, or on-premise on dedicated GPU infrastructure at UKE. Each user can opt out, in which case no audio data is persisted at all.
Which microphones and devices work?
Any microphone. Built-in laptop and phone mics as well as professional dictation devices and headsets. Native iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) apps for mobile dictation.
Which languages does ORPHEUS support?
German and English. Additional European languages are in development.
How long does a hospital rollout take?
Two weeks at most. The rollout is standardised. ORPHEUS can replace existing speech recognition across an entire hospital immediately.
Is ORPHEUS a good fit for private practices and outpatient centres?
Yes, absolutely. ORPHEUS reliably recognises German medical terminology and writes into any practice management system, with no interface needed. At 15 € net per user and month it stays affordable for single practices and group practices alike. The mobile apps let you dictate on the go and during home visits.
